Chris Beattie has been our paid youth worker since 2009. KART is part of the Scripture Union Associate Worker scheme and receives valuable advice and support from SU Scotland Regional Worker Roy Osborne, who line manages Chris on behalf of the Management Committee. 

Whilst Chris is the key employee, the work relies heavily on many people volunteering, praying and financially giving. Chris is supported by a group of Trustees and Management Committee who set the Vision, Mission and Values of the Reachout Trust.
